Sunrise Cafe was born from a simple conviction: that the best meals begin before sunrise — with flour on the counter, the oven preheating, and the quiet certainty that something honest is about to emerge.
For years, our kitchen has been the heartbeat of 36 Golden Street. Every loaf is hand-shaped, every pastry laminated by patient hands, every cup of coffee poured with the same care we'd offer our own table. We source locally when we can and import only what earns its place.
This is not a place that rushes. It is a place that rises — slowly, deliberately, and always with intention.
